Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Newspaper cartoons are a unique form of journalism that use satire, humor, and symbolism to convey messages and critique political leaders and policies. In Birnin Kebbi Local Government, Kebbi State, newspaper cartoons have become a popular medium for expressing public sentiment and influencing political discourse.
